Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns unless the item is seriously not as described in the product listing. Please contact us stating your name and order number via email to make your claim officialgalacticgarms@gmail.com 

If the criteria is met, you must return the item in its original condition with swing tags still attached within 14 days of receiving the goods for UK customers and 25 days for international customers.

We advise you use a tracked service when returning your item, as we are not liable for any lost returns. Once we have received your order, we will issue a full refund within 3 working days.
